What we collect

When you text or call the snake line we receive your phone number, your message, any photos you send, and the time. Volunteers who sign up on our join page give us their name and mobile number and tick a box agreeing to dispatch texts; we keep a record of that agreement.

How we use it

Only to answer your snake report: to send it to the organizer and our volunteers so one of them can reply to you, and to reply to you about that report. Volunteers receive dispatch texts about new reports.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Your report is shared only with our own volunteers so they can help you. Our phone and messaging provider processes messages to deliver them.

Text messaging

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Keeping and deleting

We keep reports only as long as needed to handle them. To have your number and messages deleted, text (904) 895-7773 and ask.
